Product Description
AG-300 is an alumina-based catalyst designed for sulfur recovery through the Claus reaction in petroleum refining, petrochemical, and coal chemical applications. It is suitable for sulfur recovery processes with different hydrogen sulfide concentrations and operating conditions.
The catalyst can be used throughout a Claus reactor bed or in layered configurations with catalysts of different functions or types. In layered catalyst systems, protective catalysts are typically loaded in the upper section of the reactor, while AG-300 alumina-based catalyst is loaded in the lower section. It is also suitable for sulfur recovery applications using the CBA process.
